Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. This is sometimes called the "cooling-off period."

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period has expired. Please contact us at abirvacuum@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be returned within 14 days of your cancellation notice
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
You must provide proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email)

We reserve the right to refuse a return or deduct a restocking fee if an item is returned in a condition that reduces its value, for example if it has been used, damaged, or returned without original packaging.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, you have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us at abirvacuum@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving the item and we will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the circumstances.

Please include photos of the damage or fault along with your order number when contacting us.

How to Return an Item

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address
Pack the item securely in its original packaging
Ship the item using a tracked service — we recommend keeping your tracking number

Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind (within the 14-day cooling-off period), return shipping costs are your responsibility.

If you are returning an item because it is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will cover the cost of return shipping or arrange a collection.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a fault with the product.
